british police are generally softer than abroad and no longer baton charge but they insist on filming overtly and covertly and infiltrating fans if they spent this resouce on terror,corrupt politicians and street crime we would have a much better country to live in . Footie fans are like rats in a barrel to them along with motorists. So come on plod solve some real crime!
