The winter transfer of Dzeko did surprise, specially given the number of attackers at fringe and the big Toure being deployed in attack.

The team appears to be un-drilled nicely as every player seems to have lost sense of his position on the pitch. The likes of silva being wasted on the wings in a very rigid and physical premier league clearly shows that the manager just wants the big names on the pitch no matter where they play. The formation really never went fluid. They always waited to get the possession, and as soon as they had it it was too late to find a player in space as they are all chasing like headless ducks.

I say, no more buys this summer. A chance in coaching staff bringing in attacking mindset and change in drills would do.

But I strongly vote for Mancini replacement. He still thinks he is playing Serie A. Who uses 3 holding midfielders in England. You have to live on pace. And sorry to say but Toure doesn't hav any pace.

The front 4 can really gel well and barry's long passing can definitely add another arrow. Bombing runs from the full back will keep the opponent busy and de-jong can take the role of disrupting opponent plays. Here we go. Without much-a-do, this team can do wonders now!!
