Pompey 1-2 Spurs: Highlights play-by-play
Por Dan K
Having missed seeing the Porstmouth vs Tottenham game, I figured that there might be some folk out there like me. Not to worry. 3 more points, still in 3rd place in the Premier League, and things generally aren't looking too bad for Harry Redknapp and the boys from the Lane.

So, just in case you missed the game, and want to catch up on the action, take a look, together with my "expert" play-by-play:

1:20
The first of what I call, "the Dindane double" - contender for miss of the season.

2:20
A truly great save by Spurs keeper Heurelho Gomes.

3:00
Ledley King reigns supreme and heads home Tottenham's first - there's nothing bad that can be said about a player who somehow keeps playing despite being unable to train.

3.35
Classy goal for Spurs - great burst of pace by Jenas, but the Pompey players were sleeping.

4:25
Another great save by Gomes.

5:00
Part deux of "the Dindane double".

5:40
Kevin Prince Boateng gets a goal for Pompey against his former side - no love lost because there wasn't much to begin with!

6:00
Jermain Defoe gets himself sent off for a little stamp - look for the reaction of the Portsmouth player though - it brings a whole new meaning to dramatisation for the sake of effect.

6:50
Yet another superb save Gomes.

8:05
A nice little tussle and wrestling head-2-head, resulting in a "bum-drop".

As a Spurs fan, I can say (for the moment) that I am really happy about the way things are developing at the club - mainly due to the results. Even though the result wasn't as convincing as I had hoped it would be (I had predicted Spurs to win 3-0), the 3 points count and hopefully the club will keep going strong further into the season.

Next up for Spurs are Stoke, who beat the Hammers yesterday to push them upto 9th place - not too shabby. We will need to be disciplined to make sure we take 3 points against them.

I am a Barcelona supporter,I find it funny how Madrid spend so much money on such fantatsic players, and just because one player is missing they lose to a struggling Ac milan. I also find it funny how Ronaldo can score so many goals for Madrid but be completely useless for Portugal ???? I just cant understand it
