After the all conquering season ..... winning six titles... many thought that it would be all downhill from there onwards for barcelona.... as people believed that "the cules" would be the victims of their own success.... but it has not been the same.....from there. Samuel etoo....'the second most clinical striker according to the statistics...in the recent years.....' was sold mainly for two reasons.... not being tall and and going for the african cup of nations...... though many would argue that ibracadabra was not a big game player and so on... he was in blistering form..... and scored the all important left footed volley in the el clasico...... after that there were injuries and lack of confidence.... and the goal scoring burden has been  mainly been shared by messi , xavi ,pedro and co.....
                            But inspite of all the off field dramas may it be the presidential elections for the club , madrid trying to put pressure on them and many more incidents like players leaving for african cup of nations and the selection of sergio b. ahead of yaya toure .... they are unbeaten in the league after 20 games...... that itself speaks quite a lot that the hunger for  success is still there..... but to do it for the full season.... they hav to be ready  for the big matches as they play "real madrid and sevilla " away from home and those are the only  possible places where u would expect them to go down.... what would be the next year like if barca manage to go a full season unbeaten????         
                            "the man", "the academy graduate","the captain and the youngest champions league winner as a player and manager" , the guy  who has trained ppl like messi , cesc,iniesta... in barca b"...pep guardiola... what would be after that for him?? keep the winning desire or look ahead for a different club with new challenges or call it a day as the only manager who has won the sextuple till date and grace the history books..... we certainly dont think he would call it a day being so passionate football.... come may will tell if they can do a arsenal.... hope they do it...... coz they are worth watching.....
