I'd lke to say something short about "cheating" in the world's game. You see it everywhere, in every league on every game day. From the "Hand of God to Weligton stepping on Messi"

It is high time that game changing calls that are WRONG should be reviewed and changed if need be.

After all, what is a victory that comes at the hands of an incorrect call? I say it's CRAP and should not count!
