This season in Spain is to be wonderful. The announced battle between Barcelona and Madrid will be huge. Who's your favorite?

It's gonna be awesome. Barça has a such a crazy team - roughly the same than last year, plus Ibracadabra. Madrid had a fit of recruitment this Summer, but will it be enough to build a team spirit?

Barça clearly favorite for its own succession

Take a wonderful team, add Ibrahimovic to it, and you have an even better team. Ok, some will say "what, they sold Eto'o! Dumb asses, he embodied Barcelona's spirit." Why not. Eto'o is for sure a Top Class player. Ibra is one of them too. 
The combined arrivals of Maxwell and Chygrynskiy (who's this bloke?) adds a pinch of renewal to the team. But most important is that Guardiola has decided to keep the team that has won almost everything last year. That's why, to me, they will, again, be unstoppable in the Liga. Perhap's they won't win the Champions League, which also depends on luck, but the Liga is for them.

Madrid has to prove its "million-dollar-philosophy" is worth

Only Madrid can challenge them for real. Real's Summer was dizzying: Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka, Benzema, Xabi Alonso. My, my. Now, they have to prove such a fantastic campaign is worth the millions spent. Their pre-season matches were ok: Benzema is on fire, Ronaldo is not. But they've got time. The problem is that the team is so different from last year's, with a new coach as well, that they'll have a hard time trying to build the atmosphere that suits champions. We'll see. I think Madrid will make great performances, as well as they will be confronted to tough rebukes.

Other teams in the competition?

Hmmm... knock knock, someone? Well, I can see no team able to compete with the two above. Valencia, Sevilla, Villarreal will be behind the two.

Madrid will get relegated :))) i could be completely wrong to suggest Madrid will rely heavily on Kaka, but thats how i see it happen. and there's no way Kaka wont hit form anytime in the season - bar injuries. perhaps, they would do well in champs league.

Perhaps their main objective will be the Champions League, as they will get fastly outdistanced by Barça in the Liga :)

Love this team too, especially Maxi Rodriguez. It's fantastic that they managed to keep Aguero and Forlan! Great team!
