Indeed, what a player he was, and just to think he was a chain smoker as well, imagine if he wasn't, he'd have scaled the heights. Imagine if he was there in Euro 2008 as well....damn shame he has had to retire, hope he goes into coaching.

Schneider was really one of the great payers in the Bundesliga. Often not respected enough. But lately one could see that he was missing both in the national team and at Leverkusen.
