(WARNING:this post is made to offend a certain wuss-in-football-boots and a myopic coach.)

finally! a new blog post! who missed me..? anybody..?

Anyways! Our beautiful game, football, has long become commercial (oh no!!) and the fact is epitomized by the fact that some football players get more money from commercial sponsors and advertisement, than they get from their clubs. But, I would like to draw your attention to an exception <ahem ahem> of a player, a phenomenon, a pansy, called cristiano ronaldo; who was once swept aside by the wave of advertisements; but has now found his way back.

And why do I say that; you ask? Because, my friend! Ronnie has stopped from appearing in ads nowadays. Well, not all; but I can tell you that the cr7 ('cr9 is sooooo last season!) used in the new(not so much anymore) castrol oil commercial (nov '09) is not the real cristiano ronaldo!

here is the new advertisement, if you've forgotten which one it is. have a close look. try to find out the glitches.

Did you notice? Did you see why it's NOT the real ronaldo??

well, if you missed it; here are ~~six,~~ 5 reasons to state that this ronaldo is not authentic!

1. pause at 00:13 where is he looking. Don't you think the real ronaldo would have enough football sense to look at the football when he is running towards it??

no matter how excruciatingly stupid cron is, sir alex has taught him enough to ensure that he runs towards the ball with his eyes fixed on it. And that is clearly not what this thing-that-resembles-cr7 is doing in this picture.

2. at 00:14 and the following seconds, we see that the biker dude, tackles the ball from in between the crFAKE's feet. And thats it.

And castrol thinks we'll buy it.

We all know. Deep down, that the real ronaldo would have dived. There is no way in hell, that a human being can come within 10 feet of ronaldo(with a football at his feet) and watch him stand through it.

common point? bad acting in both cases.

3. After the tackle, Ronaldo still has the ball. and he juggles it around quite well; until the biker dude, again tackles, at 00:19 and wins the ball cleanly. And again, that's that.

why can a stupid biker do this while pro footballers can't?

The people at castrol must be thinking we are myopic chihuahuas (kinda)like Arsene 'I did not see that' Wenger, to have overlooked this; because; we all know ronaldo would've dived(again), whined, cried, pleaded, and then knock his ferrari into a tunnel.

"i did not see that". well, we did arsene. Don't worry.

4. After the whole ping-pong of long ball and returns are over; the biker dude; almost goes over the fake cr7, but then hesitates, and pulls off his helmet, to show that he is also cr7. weird. Then, both of them stare and smile at each other!

But we know that none are cr7, because... neither winked!

5. And the last and most important reason that the real cr7 didn't do this commercial, is because i said so.

'nuff said.

Anyways, now I come to the end of another blog. hope you enjoyed reading it as much I did, writing it.

Actually, I didn't have any enjoyment in writing it; but whatever; i'll act like i did!
