No matter what you read in the papers, Wigan duo Hugo Rodallega and Charles N'Zogbia won't be joining Arsenal this summer for £21m, rest assured.

Rodallega cost Wigan £4.5m only last year, clearly they're going to want at least double that amount to sell him and personally I can't see Arsenal paying that.

Yet, Arsenal are surely more likely to make a move for Rodallega than they are for N'Zogbia. If the Gunners were serious about the Frenchman why didn't they make a move when Newcastle let him go?

It's true that Wigan are a selling club, but they're no mugs. They don't usually sell their players for knock-down prices, so when the like of Spurs and Man Utd come calling again for their talent no doubt the Latics fans will be saying: 'we saw you coming!'
