Arsenal is where the heart is!! The master has publically spoken that he would love to return to his alma mater one day, though he accedes that he hasn't given much thought as to what his role may be at N5. He may be dawning the colours of Barcelona and he gives his 100% on the field for the Cules, his heart still beats for North london. After all the inseparable bond conjured between him and the club weaves its magic every now an then.

11Gunners looks at the Living God's comments and this special day for Arsenal F.C when Arsene Wenger becomes our longest serving manager..

"I've always said you go back to where you belong. I've never stopped saying that I love Arsenal and I'll one day go back there. How? I don't know - maybe a waterboy!"

These were the golden words said by the master.

I somehow feel a special pride for being an Arsenal fan. If the club can leave such footprints in someone's hearts and memories its gotta be a special one. Henry is loved by us s much as the day when he used to tear through oppositions at Highbury. He reciprocated this love through his down to earth personality and humility. I still remember after each game he used to thank the fans and invariably said " I want to win beacuse it is all for the fans."

Henry has endless words of praise and pure reverence for Wenger, his mentor, his guide, nothing less than a father.

Thierry says:-"I'll never forget the club for him. He's been at Arsenal for 13 years. What a tremendous achievement. I don't see Arsenal without Arsene Wenger."

Wenger is truly accredited with bringing some positive changes at the club. For being accused of boring boring football, its not uncommon to hear experts say nowadays:- "No matter what goes into the trophy cabinet, Arsenal are the best footballing side in England."

This shift in people's outlook has been made possible by the visions, palns and ardor of Arsene himself.
