Fourth place up for grabs

The battle for the fourth Champions League spot is hotting up heading into the business end of the season, with as many as four teams in contention.
Barring a late season collapse,
Manchester City
and
Manchester United
will feature in next season’s
champions league betting
, with
Tottenham Hotspur
also well fancied to secure a top four berth.
While those sides are competing for the title, the sides below are scrapping it out for fourth place in the Premier League table.
For Champions League regulars
Chelsea
and
Arsenal
, missing out is unthinkable.
Liverpool
will be desperate for a return to European football after a one-year hiatus, while
Newcastle United
could feature in Europe for the first time since 2007.
Chelsea are in pole position at the moment, despite throwing away a three-goal lead against Manchester United. A home game against Newcastle followed by trips to Arsenal and Liverpool during the last month of the season could go a long way to deciding their fate.
Fifth-placed Newcastle have surprised many with their impressive
football scores
this season and have every reason to believe they can finish strongly. They face some tough trips during the run in, but will be confident of picking up the points they need in front of their home faithful.
Arsenal are the most difficult side to predict at the moment. They look great going forward and vulnerable at the back. The Gunners play five of the top seven during a challenging end to the season.
Liverpool, four points behind Chelsea, will need to improve their home form if they are to see off the rest. They are unbeaten at Anfield this season, but have drawn eight of their 12 home games.
Money talks and those sides will be desperate for a strong finish. A
Europa
League place simply won’t do.
